"Fast customer service response"
Customer service got back to me really fast, which I appreciated. if I had been left waiting much longer, I probably would’ve started looking elsewhere, but they handled it quickly

I ended up finding the stuff I needed for less than what I usually see at my local store, and the shipping didn’t feel ridiculous either. I don’t know, the whole thing just felt solid and like I wasn’t overpaying. Definitely a good value overall...

I ordered a few cleaning supplies for our office, and as far as I could tell, everything showed up exactly like I picked it. There weren’t any missing items or strange substitutions, which I definitely appreciated.
The fulfillment seemed to take maybe a day longer than I was expecting, but the tracking did update along the way, so it wasn’t a big deal. The box also arrived in good shape, which was nice.
I’m only holding back on 5 stars because the shipping wasn’t especially fast. Overall though, the order was accurate and it got here without any real issues.

"I ended up ordering paper towels..."
I ended up ordering paper towels, trash bags, and a couple cleaning sprays because I figured it made more sense to stock up all at once instead of making another random store run. Everything arrived in good shape, the quality was better than the stuff I usually settle for locally.
I was also surprised by how many sizes and brands they had, which made it easy to get everything in one order. I probably spent a little more time browsing than I needed to, but at least I got exactly what I wanted. Overall, I’m happy with it.
